Very pleased with this purchase. I emailed A.C.T prior with some questions and A.C.T were prompt in their reply so I went ahead with the purchase.
The unit that arrived was in excellent physical condition with no visible marks and the battery appears to be new and the SSD has 98% life.
There was a slight issue with the power cable and trackpoint but A.C.T were prompt in resolving this.
Will definitely buy from A.C.T again AAA+++

Negative reviews are true. Refurbished "A" grade had lots of scratches, missing screws and damaged screen. Returned and received a replacement, asking to check it thoroughly before sending. It had lots of dust on screen which hid screen damage of 3 X 5 pixels diagonally which is "B" grade. "A" grade cannot have screen damage when on. They offered $30 refund but they sell "B" grade laptops for $150 less. When I refused to accept the $30 was told to return it. This is not a reputable company!
